Five Rivers II Lost to Winchester 5.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 93 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Andrew May winning through.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 65 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Ross Flanigan.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, Ross Flanigan, gaining 70 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Ross Flanigan, who over-turned a 250 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
Five Rivers no.1 ineligible to play for this team. All strings awarded to Winchester therefore.
